YOUR VERSATILE SCREENING PARTNER

FEATURES

The Metso PREMIER CVB™ is the screen for you when you want a versatile and durable partner in your screening process. First the decks are universal design accepting both tensioned screening panels and modular snap on panels.

The screen angle is adjustable from 12-22° to favor either accuracy or capacity. Stroke and RPM parameters can be set up within a wide range to meet the optimal performance.

The integrated feedbox is very deep and long to allow easy interface with the feed conveyor. Furthermore this feedbox design provides immediate particle distribution over the first panel row of the top deck, so higher efficiency.

The comfortable room between the decks is a strong Health & Safety feature contributing to the safe and fast panel replacement.

BENEFITS

  • Circular motion with up to 4G
  • Full application versatility
  • Proven reliability
  • High safety design
  • High-quality wear protection
  • Wide option portfolio to meet special needs and to optimize the operational cost

PROCESS OVERVIEW

Metso PREMIER CVB™ inclined screens are commonly processing from the coarsest separations to the finest separations. They can also operate under wet process, including washing or rinsing purpose.

Metso PREMIER CVB™ inclined screens are also recommended for the primary applications (CVB-P versions), to take the output of a primary crusher (very large top feed size typically).

HOW IT WORKS

Metso PREMIER CVB™ inclined screens are circular motion screens. The shaft line is positioned at the center of gravity resulting in a circular motion on all points of the screen. The particles are moved forward by the screen motion and by the gravity effect resulting from the screen angle. The travel speed of the material is even all along the decks.

The shaft line is made of MV Modular Vibrators (unique to Market) being flange mounted to the side walls and synchronized by a cardan shaft.

Each MV Modular Vibrator has eccentric counterweights creating the wanted stroke. To facilitate the servicing, Metso offers Exchange Program of MV vibrators.

The side walls and the cross members are weld free to accommodate the fatigue stress.

In standard the integrated feedbox and the discharge spouts are fitted with replaceable rubber liners (premium wear protection). Optional cross member liners are available, bolted design (not glued), allowing easy and fast replacement when worn out.

Metso PREMIER CVB™ inclined screens are premium screens providing the maximum availability.

The screening panels are key elements to achieve the performance and to lower the operational cost.

The Metso screening panels are a perfect match to the Metso PREMIER CVB™ inclined screens and this way Metso can commit to the total performance (specification of the end products, panel lifetime).
